What to Know Before your Treatment
The healing process can bring up a lot of deep emotions. Be present and allow yourself to feel them fully, then let them go.
Consider talking to a trusted friend or journalling about your wellness journey. You may even want to speak to your therapist after a ketamine treatment.
It takes time and patience to heal. Your journey to wellness may not always be easy, but it will certainly be worthwhile.

How long does ketamine take to work?
Ketamine is effective in about 80% of patients who are treated for mental health disorders. Some patients feel better after the first infusion. Most patients see improvements after 2-3 treatments. Other times, it may take more.
Relief for patients that are being treated for chronic pain does not occur as quick. For some, relief does not come until a couple of weeks later.
Can I get addicted to ketamine?
There are no reports of patients developing addiction except for people that abuse it in large amounts and without medical supervision.
