Are ketamine and vitamin infusions covered by insurance?
Insurance coverage varies and we suggest you call your insurance carrier. Most FSA and HSAs may be used to cover costs for hydration, vitamin, ketamine, and medical infusions. Per your request, billing codes can be provided for ketamine and vitamin infusions and you may submit them to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Treatment is paid for at time of service. We accept cash, card, and check.
